After making that "sore spot" comment, I do not think you are in any position to say that.

That's not the point. You can ignore a bad situation and let it deteriorate or do something about it. I will probably never understand why there's such a high regard for ignorance no matter where you look. And if you try to do something about it the ignorants try to shout you down. A bad situation ...

So you're saying this 'little paragraph' has made the community come to a halt?

Guess what I did! As I said, Randy has had access to it for 8.5 months now. I posted it here on the forum on Dec 26th, 2004. My point was: Make your own version of Zdoom and shut up about it. You only did the former. The pressure is there. This thread is just one good sign for it. It is not the ...

Why did he open a feature requests forum then? So that the many requests don't clutter the other forums? Let's see why: People want custom weapons and inventory items in official ZDoom. Randy could have given them that more than half a year ago with one day of work (and probably 2 weeks of ...

I am sure Zdoom is not dead.
Perhaps Randy is tired of listening to requests?
It seems to be an issue here on zdoom.org that certain members think they own, or have a say in, the projects that are being created by different people and teams.

Some people seem to have this "ownership" issue in their heads. They are participating in a community that I'd be most positive they recieved some kind of direction or help from at some point. It would seem the natural thing, to want to help contribute back to said community. To those types I say ...

I'd recommend Graf Zahl to take his own advice.

YOU ARE! And seeing that your entire team comes along complaining about my views clearly shows that you fully know that your behavior is somewhat objectionable. If it wasn't there's be no need to justify it. You did call one of our friends a jerk. Perhaps that has something to do with it?! OMG ...

If you admit to this practice I will call you a jerk. Live with it. Cold As Hell's problems should be a massive warning to everybody - and that includes RTC-3057! It is people like you who make us want to NOT release a well documented version of the scripts. You, for some reason, think it's your ...

I agree completely with AgentSpork. The effort is in this case (and in my opinion) greater than the gain. Belial: And please do not try to explain your hostility with such dribble. Truth is neither of us stated it as an opinion, but as a fact. The only difference is I tried to elaborate my thoughts ...

This doesn't prove your point in any way. Once again just a nonsensical observation on your part. I don't give a damn about the author as long as the wad plays well. Psychological analysis? Who the fuck are you to post such a statement, a therapist? Jealousy, pure jealousy. I think you contradict ...

It all started with one of You guys labelling this thread as a dumb one. Please explain how my psychological analysis of the situation labeled the thread as 'dumb'. It's perfectly normal for a male to inadvertently hyperbolize a female and/or her work. And when a semi sensational expiration occurs ...

This whole thread is a perfect example of when hyperbole clashes with testosterone to form hyposteroneabole.
