View real time on automap
If you're a hardcore doom player (which most are) you may lose tack of time occasionaly and have to alt tab to see it. Would it be so difficult to steal the windows time and stick it on the map? I'd rather see that instead of seeing how long i've been playing a level before.

Actually, Would it be too difficult to make systime() available in ACS? You could make something that only works on certain days of the week or shops that are only open from 9 to 5. It would be kinda cool for those RPGs that everyone seems to be making. Perhaps hour() minute() day() month() and dayofweek() functions?

Currently, my desk is a bedside table. Seriously! My monitor is on a bedside table. My clock is ON my old, clunky, CRT monitor. It's cool, because I can just lean, and see that I should have been working 15 minutes ago.Cutmanmike wrote:Yeah I know but with a desk like mine that's beyond impossibleGraf Zahl wrote:Buy a clock and put it next to your monitor!

If you had a graphics card as strange as mine it isn't an option. Keeping zdoom out of focus causes rather strange palette changes in windows and sometimes zdoom. It doesn't happen in Gzdoom luckily.KingofFlames wrote:minimize ZDoom and look at the clock on your computer
And about a watch, i'd have to take my hand off the keyboard or mouse now wouldn't I? Can't have that when there's a tight deathmatch going on
