Run Doom config setting in other IWADS?

Run Doom config setting in other IWADS?

My question is what it says on the tin. I want to play Hexen with the mods, settings, and configurations I have for Doom. My problem is that when I open a game, the settings are at their defaults. I could just copy and paste things in gzdoom.ini but my config is nearly 10k lines long. Is there an easier way to do this or should I just tough it out and configure everything manually?
