[refactoring5]: RR: Revolver does not seem to aim properly
Cannot hit mosquitos or anything with it, often see bullet holes in skydome indicating its trajectory is off somehow. Definitely off refactoring5 and not the wipstuff branch.

fixed. The randomization still was in fixed point.
