Fus Ro Dah
Just a stupid thing I put together... just because.
Things that need to be fixed:
- Make it only affect monsters in front of you instead of a radius
- Don't know why the shit is the projectile firing upwards and ignoring the player's pitch
- Make a better looking projectile
- When you pick up Doom weapons, you don't have access to Fus Ro Dah anymore, WTF

LoL, the projectile calling A_Blast is literally "blasting" itself. Just use the "DONTBLAST" flag to avoid that sort of thing.ZDoom Wiki wrote:A_Blast: Blasts actors away as a disc of repulsion does
Haven't looked into this yet, but have you tried using DECORATE to define which actor is in which slot instead of MAPINFO? Not sure if it matters, but balls man.Nash wrote:- When you pick up Doom weapons, you don't have access to Fus Ro Dah anymore, WTF
Edit: Yep. It does matter. You've gotta can that MAPINFO crap, and slap that weapon slot definition in the DECORATE lump. BAM.

Re: Fus Ro Dah
I realized something; the sprite of the effect itself looks more like a transparent blue block than anything. It has noticeable faded sharp edges in-game.

Yup I lazily took the first image I found on Google images and slapped it in there. I'll draw a custom sprite from scratch and replace it... soon... I guess...
(Along with the other fixes too)

Re: Fus Ro Dah
YEAH IMPROVEMENT.
But yeah. I actually might be interested in improving the entire effect using DECORATE. I'll have to make time for it though. I mean GOD, LIKE I HAVEN'T EVEN PLAYED SKYRIM YET.
