BIGFONT Replacement for Heretic/Hexen

Probably an overlooked addition: A font called DBIGFONT can replace DooM's, SBIGFONT for Strife's, but it seems there isn't a way to replace fonts for the Raven titles without replacing the graphics individually. (Which is a problem.)

For consistency, I would suggest using the name HBIGFONT.

Requested here this small patch allows to replace BIGFONT for Raven games with a single lump called HBIGFONT.

Added in r4302, though not like this because it prevents the use of the standard Raven big font.
