Sorry, wasn't meant to be a stab. I said that because the hologram in the picture shows the world map for the hub, while you have no Automap in game.

It took about 4 straight hours to make the hologram, 2-3 days on and off for the entire structure. To post my third (and fourth) straight pic in a row, it's constructed with several 3d floors using a few different textures as shown to make the environment and the buildings.

This is of the building texture, which is arguably solid proof that you don't need to be a texture artist to make something look awesome in-game.

Protip: all methods that could be used to make the automap unusable can be countered. Marking everything as hidden? Engine can be told to ignore the "hidden" flag. Noisy, eye-searing autopage? Can be disabled. Color-on-same-color automap definition? Won't affect anyone using a custom preset. And so on. The only semi-reliable ways to make the automap impractical to use consist basically in sabotaging your own map, which will make it harder to edit (especially if you have slopes), slower to run, and more likely to glitch. So, don't even try. It's not worth it.

I'd only go as far as marking everything as hidden, anything else is just.... stupid. That said I still like to try and play something the way it was intended, so if someone isn't supposed to have an automap, then I try not to use an automap.

well, least you can make your own addon if you're mastered samsara script like the other addons. i'm pretty sure you can make it, you just followed my palette skill just like a what shivers did! otherwise, this is priceless.
