Well, I think it would kind of miss the point of being a game and all.

I was being sarcastic!

HotWax wrote:Oh well, I was looking for another candidate for my ignore button anyway. Since it's become pretty clear that Geedougg can't have a conversation without twisting everything that's said to mean something else, he seems like the perfect choice. See you, dipshit.

Don't you ever get tired of proving yourself wrong? You just said you were "looking for another candidate for your ignore button", which tells me you were deliberately looking for an excuse to use it, and yet you say I'm the one who "can't have a conversation...bla...bla...bla...".... You couldn't even keep yourself from insulting me in a petty way in the interest of keeping your story straight. Well, self-contradiction IS one of your specialties. Ignore me. WTF do I care.... You just said you were "looking for another candidate" anyway, so whatever. And by the way, you're the one who always twists everything to mean something else in every single conversation. Don't think that by claiming that others do what you yourself keep doing you can divert people's attention away from yourself. It's not cool or smart to blame people for doing what you're doing. Case in point: the whole HL2 vs. Doom 3 B.S..... Typical HotWax....

I prefer doom3 over hl2 as well. Actually, I am probaly about even. HL2 has awesome storyline, gameplay, graphics, and all that crap, but they made the same mistake they did in the first hl, and multiplied it by 69. THEY WENT OVERBOARD WITH FUCKTARDED PUZZLES. Doom3 is just point and shoot ;)

P.S. - Alyx is hot

on the other hand, i'm the kinda guy that will take any opportunity to walk around gawking at the graphics. it's my opinion half-life 2 has too much running and shooting and not enough sitting and staring :P

(well not really but yeah)

I can live easily without high graphics though. Hell, bring the pixels on!!!!!!

just because there are no jigsaw puzzles doesn't mean its not a puzzle. Example, blast pit in hl1, or many parts of the hovercraft scene in hl2.

the only "puzzles" (in any game) that really get me stuck, are the ones that require throwing a switch that's like the same bloody color as the wall and in some stupid corner where nobody would look and even if you DID look you still wouldn't see it unless you were close... (ala Hexen) :P

"Scene"-shmeen. That "scene" takes up half the damn game.

The hoverboat part is one chapter in 15, so it's closer to... about 7% of the game.

Trying to convince HotWax he's wrong? Regardless of whether or not you have evidence for WHY he's wrong, you may very well be put on the "ignore list".... :laff:
