Insanity's Brutality drum shotgun

I remember that, in old versions of Insanity's Brutality, 1 of the weapons was a pump-action shotgun that looked like the BD Sperglord Edition pump shotgun & functioned like the regular pump shotgun's incarnation in IB, except it was reloaded with a drum magazine. I think it was called the "COBW-8". Out of curiosity, where would I currently be able to get the resources for this weapon? I promise to give credit. If nobody remembers what I'm talking about, it's shown in the "quick guide with the weapons in Insanity's Brutality" video on Doomguy5th's YouTube page.
