I noticed with this version (may have always been an issue) that it is possible to throw an item, have it go through the wall and disappear - ie there was no sign of it on noclipping to try and find it or using iddt to show map items.
It happened with the paint can and another item (not sure which - barrel?).
Yes, paint cans and barrels can disappear if you throw them a certain way because of the way I had to do them. In order to make them hurt stuff I have to spawn a projectile that looks like a barrel / can, and then when it hit something it disappears and calls a script which spawns a barrel/can in its place. Sometimes the script is unable to spawn the object for whatever reason so it just vanishes.

It is desirable that barrels blew up from impact. And still slightly jumped aside.
