Projects for any Doom-based engine (especially 3DGE) are perfectly acceptable here too.

Quick update to Explodoom:

Explosions now have a small delay before starting, thus creating a cooler chain reaction. And there's a music replacement for every map as well.

It's too bad I can't submit Megabounce here (assuming you're not allowed to submit something you've already created and released before the contest was announced), it's only around 11KB at that.

Tips for playing a Mod for Ants:
>Should work with any map that doesn't add new monsters and guns
>Due to your miniscule size, you cannot cross gaps that you could otherwise strafe-run over. For that reason, you have been given the ability to jump really high
>Enemy spawns are quadrupled, but so is your ammo and health supply
>Pick up a magnifying sphere to relive your sadistic childhood days
>For the love of god, turn down your movebob to 0.06 unless you want really bad motion sickness
>Having trouble with timed doors and lifts? Just go on the controls menu and bind a key to "Speed boost", which will give you a 10 second boost in speed (Don't abuse it in combat, jackass)
>Most important: Have fun!

Hudmessages are fairly powerful for ad hoc post-processing. Relative to their intended purpose at least :D

Alright, I'm throwing my own submission in.

DOOM: The Re-Balance.

This mod basically makes things more "balanced" - in quotes because the original doom kind of has the original doom balance, but it makes a bunch of changes to make the game less irritating and/or more fun. Here they are:
-Berserk fist now has an explosive puff (does not hurt you, of course), as a much better indicator of whether or not you are berserked.
-Soulspheres now give 200 health, because I'm pretty sure that irritated a bunch of people, including me.
-Partial Invisibility replaced with a Quad Damage, because everyone hates the damn thing, and everyone likes quadruple damage.
-Green Armor protects 50% of damage, blue armor 67%.
-Picking up a berserk no longer force-switches you to the fist.
-Pistol is stronger.
-New weapon: Dual Pistols, which are even better.
-Shotguns have the 3-tic firing delay removed.
-Shotgun has been buffed.
-Chaingun has been massively buffed, making it an alternative to the SSG.
-SSG stays right where it is because it's awesome.
-Rockets move faster, but do a fixed (80) damage.
-Just for fun, rocket launcher has an altfire which fires a grenade.
-Plasma Rifle fires half as fast, uses 2 cells per shot, and does way more damage.
-Altfire, again, just for fun, is a Railgun shot.
-BFG has a (buffed) beta fire as an altfire, and the BFGBall explodes (AND BFGSprays) so it's not entirely wasted if you screw up your positioning.

-Zombiemen have 30 health, +MISSILEMORE and +MISSILEEVENMORE, and drop an additional pistol (so you can pick it up).
-Shotgunguys have 50 health.
-Imp and Cacodemon fireballs move faster.
-Demons and spectres move faster and bite faster.
-Lost Souls charge more, but have less health and deal less damage.
-Arachnotrons fire their plasma rifle much faster, and have a smaller collision box.
-Hell Knights and Barons have +MISSILEMORE and +MISSILEEVENMORE
-Baron Balls travel faster.
-Archvile fire is now translucent so you can see through it.
-Spider Masterminds have 4000 health (up from 3000), PainChance 20 (down from 40), move faster, have a smaller hitbox, shoot faster, and have +MISSILEMORE and +MISSILEEVENMORE.

I was going to replace the plasma rifle sound, but then I ran out of space.

If I'm dealing with hitscanners, the Partial Invisibility sphere is a godsend. I'd rather have that in this case than a quad-damage powerup.

Updated my mod.

-Added weapon upgrades for all weapons, including the Laser Rifle.
--Most are either faster fire animations or stronger/faster projectiles, the upgraded BFG ball calls BFGSpray while flying, the Laser Rifle's Bouncing bullets are the upgraded form, normal laser rifle are just fast projectiles.
--A randomspawner for upgrades is dropped by the Cyberdemon, Baron, Knight and Mancubus, only the Mancubus and Knight can drop the Super Shotgun Upgrade.
-Cleaned the errors regarding super shotgun sprites when using Doom/Ultimate Doom.
-Cyberdemon and Baron now have more health.

I don't think i'll update it any further.

I want to contribute to this Competition, so here is my mod: Download

It allow monsters run through walls (noclip flag) and also run faster than before (only in V2). WAD size is much smaller than 64 kb
