Just about finished with the starting areas. The computer room and outdoor area are coming along, too (as you can see from the top left shot, I've replaced the STARTAN3 with BROWN1 - looks much nicer IMHO).

this rail is good rail for doom, i hope i can see some damaged monorails or trains if that's possible.

In 4 hours as practice I modeled a generic animu girl 3d basemesh using resin figures as a reference which turned out semi-decent, and vertex morphs to transform the character for muscles or fat. For obvious reasons I can't show it off here, and it'll look better when turned into characters anyway.

The purpose was for OA3 which got a crapload of decent character concepts lately and I needed to make a clean base for most of them. I'm also using a K stance now which deforms legs much better for MDR format (since that has some weighting issues)

What I can show is engine renderer hackery to get Q3 going on PCX2 by loading textures after the stages have been parsed to determine how to hack a blend on things. A lot of the effects actually look okay for once this time, and I manually fixed nothing in the data!

this is a 60fps video btw

For best effect you should be using the Doom 2 monster lineup with the Doom 1 weapon lineup.

I always considered the nukage in Hangar to be some sort of spill like the way KDIZD does it.

It took me a minute, but I finally recognized it. That's pretty awesome, and I'm fairly envious of your ability to make it sound as accurate as it has so far.

Needs more "yay" though. :P
