That's a Doom Builder 3D Mode start.

You'd be wise to set it's flags to 0... that way it won't interfere with anything.

Amazing. Absoultely fantastic. You could add more detail though. The kind'a detail that we're seeing in KDIZD in-progress screenshots. :D

Thanks. A lot of work went into many of the more detailed rooms, like the big gray-textured room (the skin infestation thing was a pain to make) and the room with the metal textures and pentagrams. I've definitely improved since I made DM-Symmetry.

@ Woolie Wool: Good, but here are some suggestions:

- The detail level in the 'tech' places is good, but the detail in the hell/demon/monster/marble whatever places needs some work.

- Personally, I think DOOM textures are getting a little old... all these tech and hell places from different wads are starting to look alike. Why not make a couple or a few new textures to add more originality to the mix?

- The story (from what I can tell) sounds a little typical, but the screenshots look like you've done this theme in an interesting and original way, and makes me want to play the map. Good job.

- I like the pistol, looks good.

- If you added a new special 'signature' monster (i.e. a boss character or a common minion that replaces the zombiemen), even if it's just one, and even if it's a rip from another game or a remade DOOM monster, it would make your WAD more memorable.

No kidding. I hate the old Doom textures now. Please for the love of God and humanity use new textures....

Also, I think using the Monster Resource WAD (found on the main news page) would be a good idea.

I already have three bosses planned for "signature monsters". They'll scare the bejesus out of you.

Also, I'm using a lot of original textures because I want the setting to be instantly recognizable as the Doom universe. But I'm also using plenty of custom textures (mostly from NiGHTMARE's packs) to spice things up.

Third, this project uses Skulltag and I can't use the monster resource wad until v0.96 comes out.

hm, that exlpains a bit o_O

Why use skulltag if that port is ,not only meant simply for CTF, but doesn't as many features as zdoom? Not falming here, jw
