Supposedly it's from an alpha, but it could be another case of recreation from a screenshot.

EDIT: there's stuff here and this It may not be complete or accurate. I have not tey looked too much into it myself.

EDITEDIT: They lack Beta weapon sprites, but there's some cool sprites in there. I've found a bunch of beta/alpha screenshots though, so I may attempt to make something from them.

Since on what he said im remaking the game in beta form as most content i can find so far the Evil Ninja from 95-96 and the Coolie Ghost / Coolie are out too

Evil Ninja Final was created in December 1996
Coolie / Ghost Final was created in September 1996
Acorrding to the updates on the wayback machine "www.3drealms.com" in 1996

Levels will be alittle diffrent than the screenshots
the Weapons will have the Black Sleeves from 1995
the Skeleton Priest was already in the v0.90 beta (sadly cant Teleport or do the Spell)
We got most of the unused sounds reused and most the remade art added in
Kirin the Mage will look like the All Red Color version of the Serpent God
The Lava Boss was functionable in v0.90 beta it seems in $BOSS2.map
First Level was $SHADOW.map

So yeah one graphics designer who remade the Grenade Launcher, Shirikens and the Heart "Jet Nick"
and Radar who will be a level designer for the levels
Im working on $PLAX4.MAP as far as i know

There will be more stuff like the Wristblade and others soon

Joe Siegler is not an idiot, and he doesn't want money for it. He's not going to release them regardless of how much money people give him.
He's not going to release all the old stuff he has because he doesn't want to get into trouble with the law for releasing copyrighted materials that he doesn't own the rights to.
