I say go for it, Project Dark Fox. Sodaholic is already gone, and some of the work for T.S.A.T was pretty impressive. It's not like the mods would strip you of the thread and lock it right of the bat. Something bad would have to go down in it again.

Pretty sure the only major source of drama was Soda, so knock yourself out.Project Dark Fox wrote:I want to make a new topic for TSAT again (there I said it) in the Projects forum (and not bring up the old trashy one loaded with insults and drama) but I'm afraid of any more ensuing shitstorms it could bring. But I need the confidence boost that good feedback can bring me to keep pushing along. What do I do?

Agreed with all the above. Given that the only drama happened because of someone that was not you, I think you're probably safe. (Unless some dumbass decides to call into question the fact that you're making a Sonic mod, in which case they can STFU and get out of the thread.)
Re: The New What Did You Last Do Thread
I was pretty damn disappointed the first time TSAT went down, since beyond being a bit on the weird fanfic-y side of things, it really seemed to have a lot of character to it. (No offense meant with the fanfic-y descriptor, btw.)

Re: The New What Did You Last Do Thread
I've seen three main causes of project drama:
- Team Drama. One or more team members are being troublesome. (Typically, this results in contributors leaving. If they were working for themselves and not the team, good riddance.)
- Peer Drama. The majority of the immediate audience has some kind of issue with the project. (Either your project is actually that bad, or you've got the wrong audience.)
- Peripheral Drama. Some outside of the intended audience have an issue with the project. It's not for them. Forget 'em. (Sometimes, there's a handful of immediate audience that never like anything, or just hate the premise. It's not for them, either.)

TSAT went away because of that?
Bring it back by all means. I for one welcome some Madness combat with my SatAM/Archie.

Even if I didn't care for the Fan-Ficyness of the PLOT, the GAMEPLAY concepts and ideas flying about in that thread were definitely worth playing. Have at!

Re: The New What Did You Last Do Thread

EDIT: I'll bring a topic over when I have something new to show/download, however. Right now, just the simple announcement here is enough.
