I'm not sure if it's been tried before, or if it's even possible, but does anybody have (or have the ability to rip) the sprites and textures from Quarantine and/or it's sequel, Quarantine 2: Road Warrior? They'd be extremely useful for a cyberpunk-themed mod or something of the sort.
Thanks!

Re: [Request] Quarantine/Q2: Road Warrior resources
Quarantine is a tough rip because it is one of the later DOS era games that didn't have a specific palette but instead generated a palette on the fly for different things. As you can see from my avatar, I do know where the images are and I did at one point have a DOSBox screenshot rip palette that worked, but the issue is finding palettes that work with ALL the images. While some of the textures showed up correctly with the palette I had, others didn't. It may have had something to do with the levels they were found in having a different palette or something. Were that somebody could get me DOSBox generated screenshots of every area of the game, I could potentially figure things out, but it's one of those rips where everything would have to be grabbed one frame at a time.

Ahhh, I see. I figured there must have been some trouble with it or else it would have probably been ripped by now, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask and see. Any chance you can post what you did manage, assuming you still have them lying around?Zero X. Re: [Request] Quarantine/Q2: Road Warrior resources
I literally only ever ripped the one frame in my avatar. I had planned to at one point at least rip all the frames of the crazy hobo people walking around for possible use as civilian sprites, but that kind of fell through like all the rest of my last couple of rips. Maybe I can take another look or something, provided I get a chance.
