Imo the way he rotates his head, makes it look like his head would be detached from his spine, eg. the neck appears on the far left side only when he's looking to the right.

Also possibly due to the shadowing, it looks like he'd be bending forward with his hands stretched out towards the imaginary motorcycle.

I'm gonna be honest. I really don't like how he's standing. It's just so straight, at attention and awkward looking.

Maybe you should take a look at the Strife Marines, they have standing still frames.

I think exactly as you do about the ones with the straight arms, but the picture where he crosses his arms looks very good.

It would look ALOT better(i'm so sorry for the negative comment..) If the arms weren't so stiff, maybe you should make him cross his arms? Because after all he's standing still and it would act good as a marine leaning against a wall, or if you give him a pistol in his hand he could act like a gaurd.

Those ares are too straight and seems like he's purposely pushing them to the sides of his body, rather than being relaxed.
