well me and mauricio rocks ( and future partners) are working this new mod based on doom3, similar to d3wm.wad but is a few diferent, the weapons now are on the center, not the right side like doom3, this mod will have more things than d3wm.wad, for make more interesting, we will add the doom3 e3 alpha shotgun and machinegun =)

Very interesting! I'm digging the center-view!

However, maybe you should edit your model rips a bit. I mean, the fancy Doom 3-style REALLY clashes with everything else.

@Hellfier- He has a video up on youtube o_O

Well I supposed that'd be very difficult to edit. :P

At least the mod will be fresh, the center view will definitely spice things up.

yes is so dificult:

i need 6 hours to finnish the ssg

first open the model viewer, load the model, take screenshots, edit with photoshop, add into the wad, make the decorate, make the sdinfo, decaldef, keyconf, hirestex with remap,etc........a very huge.

The thing about the original Doom 3 weapons mod that I liked is that the weapons looked like the original Doom 3 weapons, but were drawn or at least very expertly touched up so they matched the classic Doom style. Maybe instead of giving your weapons 125 frames, you should give them 7 or 8 frames and make those frames look better than just another model rip wad.

Well, I like that SSG. I think it's pretty cool - and centred! Yay!
