Here's what hopefully is the final update.
Some of the changes that I can think of in the new version:
I don't recommend these for anything other then invasion mode.
Edit: One more update; v1.66.
Some of the changes that I can think of in the new version:
- Some cleanup in the various lumps.
- New base marine.
- Added the flags that allow marines to take projectile damage in invasion mode.
- Marines back off a little when they get stuck.
- Fake 'smart refire'. Marines will always attack the nearest enemy. For all, except rocket and grenade marines.
- Re-added 'maxdropoffheight' value. It's set to 63 (63 not 64). This seems to be the best all-around value for vanilla doom.
- Marines get more aggressive if their health becomes 39 or lower.
- Fake swimming. More of a gimmick then anything. Marines can't navigate in water. Doesn't work properly.
I don't recommend these for anything other then invasion mode.
Edit: One more update; v1.66.
- Fixed backwards strafing movement.
- Marines don't take any damage from Skulltag grenades anymore.
