[miniwad] Fear blood decals. (works for zdoom now)

the post subject explains it all its blood decals from fear. put into doom, looks pretty awesome IMO!
just a little wad you can use for your projects or just put into your skins folder or something!

well, the pngs i have has: black background and the blood is white. like it should eh?

no, because:
-it works in GZdoom
-the decals in zdoom.pk3 also have the same colors blah blah.

im quite shure its a png problem, but i can't use the setpng becuase my computer can't handle command lines <_<

dunno really, it just never starts up, there pops this window up and closes after 0.001 seconds <_<
