Help with Daedalus

I'm having troubles getting through Hub 2 of Daedalus and its starting to frustrate me

I got the Mgenerator from storage and put it in the engine thing in the secondary bridge then went back to storage shot a couple of boxes and found another MGenerator in one of them, I went to the brig and tried it out in the room that needs a new Mgen. I went to the secondary bridge again and it said that I had to recharge the Mgen at the brig, im now at the brig looking for where i recharge the mgen at.

I never got to the end of this mod. Is the ending worth the extremely slow gameplay?

You have to shoot one of the crates in the room to the left of the entrance from the Secondary Bridge. There's another Microgen hidden in there.

I've just finished this one myself.
Too much of a puzzle, but still I enjoyed it very much.

Yes. There's another one in the cargo hold of the same level.

You replace one on the Secondary Bridge and one in the Brig.
