Does that über dodging strat involve iddt? Cause that's just no fun at all :-)... ok, maybe it's a little fun. If so, you could at least be a man and do the demo backwards... ;-)

As for the real map.... Giest is kicking my ass again, what can I say. After several dissappointing demos in a row last night (the last of which I posted) I did my homework and went to bed. Perhaps when I get back from class this evening I will try again.... I think I've found another shortcut, too. Maybe not... I'm in a computer lab, so I can't verify the picture in my head.... Either way, giesty is di uber jumper for der moment.

Hm, on Dodge the Rockets I got up to 600 rockets, then my computer crashed. So I have no demo to show. FUCK.

I wonder how dead this topic would be if Sticky and Giest never existed... wow, that's scary...

As for the file... fucking Geocities won't let my computer access it. It's weird, for as long as I can remeber my computer has just refused to load up ANY geocities.com website (but it works for geocities.co.uk...?) which until recently included my own little website... can someone help me on this little problem I'm being faced with? I need to get this level!... I don't know why, but i'm compelled to play it...

I've always wanted to attempt a remake of Zone Raiders with Doom, but ZR is full 3D and any attempt woud be just futile. I need a simple 3D engine so I can create my own super cool version of ZR... the modelds would be piss easy to create as they wouldn't need to have any moving parts and I could be really imaginitive... Maybe i could try my hand at Unreal or Quake 3?

Small note, The game has no end. It just keeps going until you die. Kinda like tetris, heh.

EDIT: I got past 563 (EDIT: Got my numbers mixed up) rockets, but I didn't get a demo of this record-breaking run. I'll try to get one next time, though.

Um... You used all MY tricks to beat ice mountain, so WTF are you talking about now?

Besides, do you think I've been sitting on my ass since the map came out? I've been playing it over and over and that demo is literally the first time I've reached the exit without falling. I usually fall off those damn pillars -- I hate those! Alot of the "shortcuts" I figured out myself. Thanks for giving me the one that skips the "curtains of death" segment though. :)

Decided to scrap belly of the beast. It is getting nowhere.

So now I need NEW ideas. Well not exactly ideas, but a theme. So far I have Random rainbowy colours everywhere, a city rooftop jumpingness and inside a volcano trying to get out. Any more?

Maybe...

A pitch black level with fast scrolling floors on all platforms?
