Aside from obviously being very new and having.... less than brilliant ideas, what exactly did PH do to get himself banned at DoomWorld or to be deserving of such ridicule?

Well, I got banned at DW (no warning at all) for posting a picture of this altered Cyberdemon that was apparently an inappropriate image (but it was DOOM related, so I'm like WTF?)

Apparently, my wad ended up in the GODDAMN SHITHOUSE because people said it was boring (I guess they all decided to bounce in the air like a bunch of bouncy balls instead of fighting the obvious way).

Yeah, my ideas weren't the best (heck even I gave myself a low rating 'cause I got bored) , but I thought I could show the community a little of my scripting and perhaps be able to help script future wads (I won't work on the project anymore, but as long as I'm here I'll still help scripting).

Well, just goes to show that DW is a waste of space.

Just don't be a complete prick and you shouldn't get banned here (And hey, I've managed to be a complete prick for years without being banned

)

As for the ideas, I'm going to be honest and say this one is pretty lame.

Put your talents to things that wouldn't make a 7th grade student snicker, and you'll be alot more respected. Also, be very wary of promising something that you're not sure you're capable of doing, or that will take you a very long time to complete (*cough*kdizd*cough*) as that tends to annoy people after awhile.

And if you do, you can probably come back eventually. It's much harder to do that at DW. Your best bet there would be to register under a completely different name (basically restart as an unknown) and don't do anything stupid that might link you to your former identity (cuz then you'll likely be IP banned if you're busted).

I am not going to reregister at DW (definitely at least for the time being). I would have to say these forums actually suite my DOOM interests more than DW (I am a hardcore ZDoom player, I do not play with any other ports with the exception of GZDoom and Skulltag, but I am primarily ZDoom).
