Everytime i log on, i check the check box so it will log me in automaticly when i come back, but everytime i come back i still have to log in again even though i keep chcking that box

Could it be to do with security settings being too high or something?

Add zdoom.org and forum.zdoom.org to your trusted sites list for the Internet Zone, assuming you are using IE.

Oh, and Disk Cleanup may be deleting your cookies, and you might have it set to run on startup or every night or whatever.
