Made these for a mod a while back but they never ended up getting used, so now they're free game. Made from scratch loosely based off Skyrim armor.

I would like to hear feedback about my work, otherwise it’s somehow not fair to praise someone who uses other people's work, and to ignore someone who creates unique content from scratch :)
Not bad in my opinion, in fact it's pretty cool, but to improve it I would add a few extra frames, for making the recoil-arm effect a bit smoother...
Bratish wrote:Another old weapon I just edited is Machinegun! Only hands are missing, and this is my first truly finished weapon (the plasmagun is still a bit crappy). Again, it’s sad that my messages are ignored, oh no...

This one is almost perfect as it is! Good work! :thumb:

a little off is that top and bottom light blink at the same time. The flash could be sync with the arrow going down. Still I love it.

Impressive design and the animation.

Your overall style reminds me of good ol' times with old doom weapon mods. It was a time where people ought to draw their own weapon sprites from scratch. Cool stuff!

That's a very cool take on the Skyrim Daedric armor. :O

Man want to make his armor and hope no one will notice, in this 20 pixels, that's a rip from some game.
noo... there is always some experts, that will decipher the origin from two pixels reflection.

an annoying creature to hopefully temporarily cop out of effects I have already spent too much time trying to make look less cheap. I intend to make it shootable at some point but for now it simply stands in one place not helping.

Looks cute! And i wonder what kind of project you're working on? Kinda reminds me of Rayman 2.

thank you i hope so! if you are curious https://youtu.be/JwfxQwQo0PE and https://youtu.be/MxKKe9_Lccc?t=100 give some idea. i don't know how to describe it other than to say this has been a VERY long (note how long i have been registered here) and substantially stupid slog. being disconnected from the "community" side of things may mean i don't work on it as often as might be necessary.

Oh snap!! Very lovely and interesting style! I like your project already. I'm certainly down for some cute, artistic and aesthetic style.

Also if you happened to created the thread dedicated to this, please let me know!

And here's the quick sprite i made. It's a Giant Turret!

Credit goes to Scuba Steve(minus Metal Slug and Doom sprites).

So this is my new shotgun made from scratch. I was inspired by Doom 3 Alpha, it also has something from the ubiquitous Duke Nukem 3D.

It would be nice if someone could help me with his B-C-D sprites, since they are just curved versions of A frame.

Please do not throw rotten tomatoes at me ... This is my very first attempt to make an animation of a humanoid.
Bratish`s Humanoid Test.gif
This is something like a shrunken, eyeless zombie that seems to scratch when it walks (honestly, I just tried to make an animation of the hand, without sacred meaning!), and twirl its head.

If someone is not indifferent to my work, help me somehow - for example, point to good tutorials or just polish my work, otherwise it’s a shame to let such a thing into the project... Please...

That is very nice for a first attempt :) Nice!

There are some issues, when it's hand is in front of it (frame 4 I believe) it seems to be a bit shorter than on other frames.
It could use more form definition in the chest area, but like you said, first attempt.

Are you familiar with Stan "Proko'" Prokopenko's channel at Youtube? He has a lot of useful tutorials on anatomy and proportions, there's a ton of videos.
Just search "Proko" at YT. I'd recommend that to boost up your skills ;)
