Changelog not reflecting the latest commits

As seen, the changelog has stopped updating to the latest commits in GZDoom's repository.

Ugh. So this was why I could't make any sense out of that compile error with AlignedAlloc...
I noticed that some PRs didn't compile but looking at the commit history here didn't give me a clue...

I wonder what's actually causing this in particular? I think this is the first time I've ever seen it stopping like that.

On Github's side it looks fine. The service is running and reports having sent all notifications.

So, what was it? Nobody said anything about the cause.

Apparently there was an update on Nov 20 to the cron system that Randi had to fix. Without getting too technical, the account which was running the logs was somehow effectively blocked from running cron jobs.
