They've already announced that additional multiplayer gameplay shit like playable demon classes and maps will be free. Reading between the lines of previous comments, Slayer Club unlocks and the pre-order bonuses, any post-release purchases will likely be either single player content like maps or expansions, or cosmetic goofballery like the Retro Shotgun and Dootvenant.
