trying to figure out why youtube's notifications are crapped up on my end. i get the notifications on my phone but they don't show up on my phone/computer inbox. it always shows videos from 3 hours ago instead of the ones uploaded now. but hey, a day where yt isn't broken or into some sort of mess is rarer than a blood moon.
edit: it's fixed now, i guess.

Just added some more purple wire loom to my engine bay. (Swapping the factory black for purple, and putting some on wires that didn't have it.) My wife and I started this project, and some of the loom in the picture was actually put on by her. I love how it's starting to look.

after 18 years and a few motnhs of having to rely on the cash money of my parents (of which I got very little for myself), I finally got a bank account and 250 Euros on it and the first thing I did is ordering a dissection album from amazon

So i reedited some sound effects of Duke Nukem 3D because someone hasn't found HD version of them yet except RPG one(from REELism).

To be fair, I'm pretty sure that video is faked, and the guy constantly says "Porsche" wrong (there's a slight grunt at the end, Porsch-eh or Porsch-uh, it's a German family name.) But it is impressive how many things have had Doom run on it by now. lol

I'd say that Windows 10 is cancer, but that would be an insult to cancer.

So, having been defeated previously by the dreaded "Wi-fi doesn't have a valid IP configuration" error on my main gaming rig, which resulted in me having to resort back to my 40-metre Ethernet cable, the problem has finally spread to the one Win10 device I can't use a hardline connection with - my laptop workstation. None of the regular methods have made a difference, not even temporarily like they used to. None of the command line tricks, none of the background service methods, driver reinstalls, IP refreshes, none of it. Hell, I even uninstalled my AV to see if that made a difference, but no. It's fucked. How come none of my consoles or my Win7 machine have this problem?

Just pissed off that this bullshit decided to ruin my last day before returning to work and I needed a rant. Carry on.

One of the front fans on my computer started making "end of life" noises. While I had the side panel off to check it, I realized that the fan on the radiator wasn't running at all.

Why do the stupid LED fans always give out first? My mom just had the same problem. My old case had a giant lit fan on the side, that stopped working too.

Well, at least it was a good opportunity to put in my new bluray player.

Eating a (leftover half of yesterday's) burrito 6 hours into a 16 hour shift. The first half did a decent job of sustaining me yesterday, and I have dinner plans that don't involve me cooking, so hoping to just power through the next 10 hours.
