Urban/City Mega Wads

Pretty new to Doom modding here and have been looking at the best/top 100 mega wads lately. I am using Project Brutality 3.0 latest build and Insanity's Brutality as an alternative mod setup, but was looking for a mega wad(not sure if they come in more than 30 level packs) with a huge amount of levels(like a campaign), but also has some maps in the wad that are urban/modern city-esque. Any suggestions to try out are gladly welcome, but if they have HUGE, open levels and urban environments in a few of the maps - that is a bonus. Thanks much!

Planisphere 2 can be considered a MEGA wad.
It's only one map, but a really large one.

Hellbound and Hell on Earth starter pack comes into mind.

Town Infection's chapter 3 also had a city map, complete with cars in roads around, but for me I find those cars annoying.
