Just discovered this. Amazing mod. What map pack goes best with it?
One suggestion: just change it to holding down the primary fire lets you sword slash infinitely. Either that or up the damage you deal with the sword because mashing for that long really hurts my wrist.

I hope no one minds a bump but I just wanted to say that this is easily the best Alien fan project out there and compared to the rest of Alien and AVP FPS it should be definitely up there next to them as a definite must play. Just as good as AVP Classic 2000.

Probably not, as the only obvious way is to modify the IWAD itself. It can be done without that by using external ACS libraries (in fact I recently added a 4th player boss to one of the maps) but for all the switches in the game it'd take a bit of work. I don't really like the better Marine A.I. in 18. They're too good now. I kinda' preferred them being dumb (suited the meathead attitude) and they only kinda' helped and it still emphasized you being alone.
