I noticed in the gameplay trailers that pickup items seem to have a yellow glowing effect around them, but I'm not seeing it for me in-game. I'm running on the non-standalone version through gzdoom.

The Hell on Earth map pack actually works surprisingly damn well for Hideous Destructor, at least before you get to the Hell levels I'd imagine. I've yet to see any monsters respawn on any of the upper difficulties...doesn't make me any less paranoid of it happening still :C
