The titles for each commit are in English. So, that's effectively a bullet point list of the changes. A lot of them are "techy" or to do with code organisation etc, and many of those might not make it to a release changelog, but they provide as much explanation as many of the points in a changelog might. So, the information is there if you want it.
Remember, the Git Builds are unofficial, effectively beta software, are intended to allow people to test cutting-edge builds and not intended to be a polished final release package.
The builds are auto-generated and not assembled by a human capable of hand-picking items for a changelog.
