Re: changelog
Forgive me for being candid, but this is getting out of hand. You keep asking for unreasonable requests and the minute someone gives you a bone with something that would satisfy most people, you go "I can't understand". You're making it really hard to work with you.

On the subject of changelogs with devbuilds, I think since they're constantly in flux, it's a moving target. I think the github commits to be more than enough for most people. I'm not big on git in many ways, and even I understand what's going on with the in-development work.

Re: changelog
The titles for each commit are in English. So, that's effectively a bullet point list of the changes. A lot of them are "techy" or to do with code organisation etc, and many of those might not make it to a release changelog, but they provide as much explanation as many of the points in a changelog might. So, the information is there if you want it.
Remember, the Git Builds are unofficial, effectively beta software, are intended to allow people to test cutting-edge builds and not intended to be a polished final release package.
The builds are auto-generated and not assembled by a human capable of hand-picking items for a changelog.
