All the DE UAC weapons are Pale-Green + Black. I dont see how it's not from the theme. Plus, this is a Ep4 weapon, all weapons in ep4 are more futuristic.

I tested out map01-03, and I found a disturbing lack of ammo. I had to punch out both the revenants behind the yellow door and the cybruisers in map03 (don't applaud me, I saved after every hit, lol).

Other than that, very nicely done :D. The hades sphere is now one of my favourite lower-tier custom monsters.

Here's the New Repeater for DE.

EDIT: Look on page 61 for the new version

I didnt see the need for the small monitor on the weapon as it was just a waste of frames. Came out better than i expected. The rotating part was the hardest thing to draw. Otherwise, a worthwhile 2.5 hours of work. Next weapon to be resprited is the Demonic Skull for Ep2.

Ultra Violence. Heh, how little faith do you have in doomers to think they'd run out of ammo there in Hey, Not Too Rough? :P

Nice repeater. That's the gun that has to cool down if it keeps firing, right?

It looks very nice! The only thing I would add is another frame of the barrels rotating for smoother animation. You could just make the barrels and then cut, paste and mirror it over the body of the weapon for more animation frames.

It looks nice, but I think the pick up sprite would look a bit better without that thing jutting out of the back of it.

I was going to disagree with snarboo... but I think I actually agree. The rotating barrel works fine, and looks like it's rotating... but an in between frame would really make it pop. I inserted it into the wad to test it, and it felt choppy. Like I said, it works, but a really smooth animation might be just what the gun needs.
