I tried it, and it didn't look that great. I could probably work more on it and get it to look good, but I don't think that would be the best approach. It's not uncommon for foreground objects to be rendered differently from background objects in cel-shaded games, cartoons, etc., and I think that's the direction we want to go. Probably, but I've spent so long getting comfortable with the ZDoom family's featureset that completely changing sourceport would be really counter-intuitive.
