Female Zombies

Well, any Marine sprite can work since they are in fact armored. You can just alter the colors or something to distuinguish (somone already said this I'm sure)

As for the female zombies sprites, stop using a base? If anybody can sprite from scratch, that would probably be easier. You can use a reference, but altering existing sprites always looks a bit awkward if done improperly.

More female monsters would be cool though. An arachnatron lower half with a hot, big busted, seductive female top would be killer, since it would be very distracting to the male audiences, and just spice things up. Female based hellspawn are hard to come by. (that sounded dirty to me...)

Female demons I'd imagine be different to the males like animals. Larger parts, smaller parts, more of a part, less of a part, ect.

the pistol trooper only that one frame? i would love to have that as a full featured sprite! i never did like the two pistol variation.

i checked out neodoom and couldn't find the single pistol trooper (not the dual, i want the single).

Try copy and pasting (by right clicking on either the link eliw00d posted or the Image I posted and going to "properties" and highlight the link next to the "address:") the link on the address bar and you'll get the picture.

I always thought the imps, souls, cacos, and spiders were all potentially either. EDIT: Or neither or both...

As for female demon designs I was thinking in terms looking similar to the actual Baphomet

Maybe perhaps it's possible that the demons have no (or rather a lack the concept of) biological structural gender (hence not even a species) at all but rather exist as random varieties/concepts which hell produces due to being completely supernatural beings (like for a example, a demon who has women's breasts or even female reproductive organs although it doesn't mean their actually female which same could apply to the male looking demons aswell)

if its tittys you wanna see try something else than "Zdoom forums".

and if you REAAAALLLLLYYYYY... want tittys on monsters. do it yourself. it is easy to make. even with paint.
