That would be great to see. I've been trying for awhile to make some smaller changes to the sprites (like with the SSG and BFG reload) but I'm pretty terrible at it, so would love to see what you got in store!

SSG and Chaingun Sprites. I think the other weapon sprites are fine for now; I re-did the SSG and chaingun because they resembled the default sprites too similarly.

Thanks again dude! I added in the SSG on my side with a few tweaks to some of the frames so I could replace all the current frames with ease. Next is the chaingun! I'll try to get the chainsaw and RPG in at some point, but I need to tweak these to match all the frames I have, that way it is a simple replace.

EDIT: Minigun done. Next is RPG and chainsaw!

I quickly did some touching up on the Super Shogtun Idle sprite so that the wood and barrel texture matches the default textures more closely. It's here is you want it.

Thanks boss. I just added it in and pushed it. Looks great! Think the softer tone of the metal and wood make it even better.

I like that new slight vibration effect when spinning minigun. But dont you think it would be also suitable for dry-firing?
I think kicking animation for shotgun looks bit out of place because it doesnt tilt weapon to side. Maybe part of reload pump animation could be used for this?
Would you mind updating links for weapon addons on your first post? They still direct to their original state with semi-broken functionality. :wink:
BTW what do you think of those bullet puffs from Argent mod?

I like that new slight vibration effect when spinning minigun. But dont you think it would be also suitable for dry-firing?
Well, in my mind, the vibration comes from the bullets being fired from the minigun, so there is a bit of a kickback, so when you dry fire, there are not vibrations :D

Yeah, I think I had something similar to what you were talking about while back but it looked a bit odd. I am looking for some other ways to make the kick animation different, so it is def. something on my list to do.

I do like them but I find them looking a tad... cartoonish, you know what I mean? The puffs I have now are something I probably will change as these were the ones from Smooth Doom awhile back, so I am hoping to change these out for some custom ones.

I hope Neccronixis makes new ones for riotgun and assault rifle. :wink:

Maybe some sort of spin off of 0.5 Alpha rifle would be nice? Honestly, while that newer rifle sprite faslrn included is nice, it didnt fit for me in this mod. I just found it looking too modern styled. :melancholy:

OH, I see what you mean. Holy molly. That animation you are talking about was totally unintentional... but it actually looks good.

Yeah, I can extend that to the dry fire mode :lol:

Huh, The New Sprites on the Chaingun, RPG, & The SSG seems reasonable. It suits to the game just to look at it!
