[WIP] Doom: Battle [updated 2010/03.01]

I tought my project idea was original(unique), heh. (acutally, i didn't knew about any smiliar projects)

Some good news again:

I've made a lot of plans at school, and woo hoo i have lots of great ideas!

I was fooling around with hexen, made a little wad with a big open area. I started summoning(with console) a lot of koraxes (the big boss in hexen) and also summoned about the same amount of friendly koraxes. As I watched the fight, i got the idea:
YES! I'll make a hexen version too! :D Just think about it. :) Wouldn't it be cool to order your mages, priests, and fighters in battle? :) Or even the monsters.

Okay, thats it. +32762.9 things to do :lol:

Booyah. Make a Heretic version. And a Strife version. There's never any Strife Wads, and there should be.

What does "booyah" mean? Lol i could make a version for all Doom engine games, but that would take a lot more time.

Finally, i have been able to defeat my lazyness, and start working on this again. Sad thing is, that i've missed out almost the whole summer, and i mostly didnt do anything, just play games. :(

Anyways, i'm currently thinking about music... What type of music should be in it? And can i use music "ripped" from other games?

I would recommend the StarCraft music. there are 3 for each race, maybe there are some good ones?

I'll try to fetch some music, then. although i'm gonna need a lot of music, because there will be more maps, and one music wont do.

Every time, i start thinking about this project, i get new, and good ideas.

Just to tell a few:

I always get more and more plans for this project, i'm gonna get beta testers or a demo up soon-ish. (Maybe soon, maybe a lot later... depends on how lazy i will be. :p )
