The only suggestion would be to smooth out the pants some what by removing the knee-pads and make it look a bit more like he's wearing dress pants rather than boots by adding some folds near his feet.

As far as that shotgun goes, I think it's not so much the color of the stock that's the problem as it is the shape of it. That stock came from an M79, which has a much different shaped stock than most shotguns:

Since it's designed to be held up at an angle so as to give the grenade projectile more distance. most shotgun stocks taper downward, not upward:

This makes it to that your head doesn't have to crane downwards as far to properly aim down the sights.

So in essence, if that "hump" on the stock can be ironed out, it'd look a lot more natural and less silly.
