Thanatos put a couple on his AEOD wad that I would like to get my hands on.Namely the Giant Soul Harvester and Stone Imp.I tried looking for those(and numerous others)but looking through that wad takes me like 30 min.I still haven't found the quake zombie or any other ones I needed. Meh, I guess I can do without.

Damn guys you're the best! I've never had seen so much great sprites graphics for Doom before, only in Tormentor's Bestiary (the link shown by Unknown_Assassin). Keep up with this!

Perhaps the shields are almost as big as the demon.

@Orangewaggs: I, personally, really like these sprite edits that you are posting, and I am hoping that you will make a full sprite set for some of them someday. :)

I'm personally not too fond of edits of already heavily edited monsters - this includes the Obsidian Statue, Pyrodemon and Azazel, all on the beastiary. If you ask me, making your own additions to someone's already lovingly hand-crafted sprite edit is a tad rude (editing an edit? Huh? :?) - and it also makes the monsters lose most of their originality. Don't get me wrong, I really like the behavior of the Pyrodemon, but I'd really prefer it if someone took the time to do a recolor/sprite tuning of their own, no matter how simplistic, as long as it fits with the theme conveyed by both the monster's attack behavior and strength.

Actually, that was the only sprite set that really worked perfectly for what I wanted. My only regret about that monster is that I couldn't think up a more unique attack than a pair or black-fire tracers .
