Yes. Every time AEoD updates, I can guarantee that it will always need an updated (G)Zdoom version from the DRD team. http://svn.drdteam.org/

Everyone, please redownload the code package again. A critical bug was fixed which prevented the new weapon from spawning at all in classic mode and from spawning in the director's loot system.

since they said they updated this mod, i bet they are not lying. so if you are downloaded them, drag them to gzdoom and enjoy.

EDIT: and if you are going to only believe in me, just send a massage to creators, major cooke and DBThanatos. they are the only ones who knows the truth. an obvious truth.

Because we switched to Google Drive instead of sendspace, this grants us two advantages:

1. The link will never expire unless something bad happens to my google drive account, which nothing will within my life time.
2. I can update it without needing DBThanatos to update the first post; the link remains the same, only the file is different.

This is so awesome, I love firing this up with the Directors on and just playing a horde-survival map. So much fun, especially since it progresses in difficulty. Out of curiosity, how much coding is involved to add continuous random enemy spawning? I wouldn't mind trying my hand at it for one of my mods :).

I love this pk3 very much. The problem is that my computer detects the dev builds of Zdoom as malware, so I can't run the newest version. I love how all the monsters are randomized precisely to difficulty. The extra mode styles are pretty fun too. However, I also have more than a few suggestions for future versions of the mod.

* Add monsters from Marathon, Wolfenstein 3D, and Halo (if there's a model viewer for it). Those would be good choices to get in every major FPS that isn't an MMS. I was admittedly wondering where the Wolfenstein guys were.
* Allow players to activate TF2 monsters as normal Extra Monsters rather than Joke Mode-only.
* Obituary lines for the enemies that don't give obituary lines. I just hate when I simply get a "player died" message, especially when I'm killed by a tough enemy.
* I agree with the want to upgrade the stock monsters, in that they come off as underwhelming when they show up.
* More player-class based monsters. Those are always fun.

Halo: No. Sorry, but DBThanatos and I have something against Halo, in particularly for starting up the whole limited weapon system and health regenerating bullshit, if not having a leading profound effect.

I did, but it still got deleted. The odd thing is if I put it in my main Zdoom folder, it's detected as malware, while if it is in its own folder, it works fine. That's my current solution.

I can understand the reasons for excluding Halo (which is why I obviously didn't mention COD). At least Halo is more sci-fi-ish. I'm also wondering if Chex Quest and HacX monsters will show up.

I was also referring to a more general problem with Joke mode. There is no dividing line between monsters that are just goofy (the TF2, Redneck Rampage, Portal, and HTC monsters), and those that break the game outright (The little tiny steak-slug guys, Nyacodemon, etc). At least make some kind of divider between the balanced screw-ups and the game-breaking weirdos.
