3rd and 4th shot seems to be from Back to Saturn X Episode 2.
anyway, i've been playing this mod for a couple of hours now. i like the new stuff a lot, especially things like the phasing devices, but i noticed some quirky stuff:
as mentioned earlier, homing devices doesn't work at all in single-player. i found a glitch where you can consume homing devices if you have more than one in your inventory, and you press use item while trying to use one, but if you pick up at least one homing device you're stuck with it.
what does the blood skulls do? i picked one up, used it, and i couldn't see any visible effect happening. does it regain your health?
weapons that use rocket or plasma ammo doesn't seem to wanna pick up the guns for ammo. specifically, things like grenade launchers, napalm launchers, plasma shotguns and possibly more doesn't get ammo from dropped weapons.
checking armor info is a bit of a hassle. you have to have the armor inventory screen up, then highlight the item you wanna check, and use it once, which brings up the armor intel. and you still get text in the way that says how to equip or drop the armor/boots.
i'm pretty sure i heard some weird computer-like noises briefly in maps. i couldn't identify what they were at all, are they coming from the phasing devices or something?

Has anybody been noticing the MegaSphere now no longer takes you to double your max health? Granted, I'm playing +DRPG and so do not know whether this is happening also in standalone RLA, but it still can be a serious problem in some maps...

It's not an elegant solution, but it works. DRPG replaces DRLA megaspheres, so it's not a DRLA issue. And yeah, looks like it. When trying put a tech mod on dual marathon shotguns it throws an error about not finding a jump target for nuclear onslaught.

You can't mod dual WSTE-M5s anyway, they are the major issue I vaguely described when I released this. There's some weird shit going on that causes the second shotgun to count as a modpack, which prevents further modding.
Of course! The stuff simply isn't finished for the most part, it's an ongoing thing. Stuff like the DRPG compatibility for monsters, people might notice that most of the vanilla monsters become somewhat murderous with shadow auras, for instance. Could you make nuclear onslaught work more like the other dual weapons? I keep forgetting that altfire just switches them and it never ends well.

And yeah, unfortunately on an all-shadow auras map, they can be ... problematic to remove. God help you if they're one of the ones that can regenerate several thousand digits of health before you can retaliate from all your crap being stolen. In DRPG multi, we couldn't even leave the spawn unless somebody stayed there and mashed the use of shadow aura disruption.

As in I have Hell's Reign, find one on the ground, and now I have Hell's Reign with one artifact and no Hell's Reign on the ground. It's not a loose artifact item: I can't stick it on my Unmaker, it's already on my Hell's Reign.
