Sorry for the late reply I was quite busy lately. I can't really tell what's causing this, I'm guessing this is a problem with the engine itself. I could ask the dev on discord but... the last time he posted there was like weeks ago.

I'm using LZWolf v.1.3.99999 with the SOD from GOG including Return to Danger and The Ultimate Challenge Separated (The folders are M1, M2, M3)
This sounds interesting... also I have no idea yet what the problem could be. Are you sure you have the latest version of LZWolf?

This may be a bit too much to ask but...could you test out using the latest version of LZwolf with Operation:Nazi slayer? :) The wordings for my saved games have "turned" green totally and they are totally unloadable. But I do not want to miss out on such a good mod.

Update:Never mind. It's working now.All I had to was enter Dos and type a command to force it to load the saved games.

I also got your problem at first so I played a version of SOD in which you can just open the folder and drag the Nazi Slayer pk3 file onto the Lzwolf icon. Then it will become playable. but now I have to deal with save games being unloadable.

Have you tried loading up LZWolf with the --foreignsave parameter. I know that ECWolf has this, so I'm guessing that it may be present on LZWolf too. It bypasses various checks on the save game files and might allow you to load your saved game (and if it does, I'd then recommend saving the game immediately with a new save file).

Yup. Somebody recommend to do that. I had to do that and then start a new game and then only I could save and reload. The next time I played I had to start a new game and do the same.

FYI the save issue is an engine bug that has been recently fixed. Head to Wolf3D.net for the updated windows build, new Mac builds coming soon, per usual linux users will need to build from source.
