I'd like to test the latest version but it seems the first link in the first post leads to a file that's long been deleted. I can't compile this program on my own... where can I get a precompiled for Windows, and in English?

I add export and import filters (in PCX format, but this is not important — imagemagik may work with it). Link in a first post.
