Aaaaactuallllyyyyy, as Chop pointed out, my wheel texture is in powers of two (256x256). Explain that.

I get this as with the latest SVN (1019):

I can't fix bugs based on screenshots. I need a WAD that shows the error to run tests. If you don't want to post one, please don't complain.
