Decided to resume a project of mine today

Discuss anything ZDoom-related that doesn't fall into one of the other categories.

Just tried it, it's very cool! I'll have to look at how you did certain things and enhance my mod thusly!

Uh oh! Gib mod wars!!

Don't worry Nash, i'm sure you're the only one to have blood to land on the ground like a floor decal ;)

I guess I should do that in my wad now huh. Although blood colors wouldn't work then.

If custom blood sprites per class were supported, that would solve the colourization problems:

Have Cacodemons spawn BlueBlood, which is inherited from Blood.

Then in the MODELDEF, replace BlueBlood with a model that has a blue-coloured texture.

Possible, but making smashable props is tedious enough. Maybe if it REALLY bugs me.

Huh?
Smashable props aren't very hard, believe me on that one.

I guess what he meant by the last one is that the enemies have several 'diffrent' gibbing frames, I dunno, ie:
1st frame showers around.
2nd frame goes like a fountain.
3rd frame has them smash against the walls.

And so on.

For the Mortal Kombat effect, you should make it so the helmet flys toward the player. That, my friend, would be awesome. I'll check out the mod once I get Doom installed...again :P (Yes, I own the Collector's Edition, so no need to question how I got it :P)
