I agree, this is really amazing. I can hardly believe my eyes. You are truly a talented guy!
On direct in-game comparison I'd say that the "bigdoors" could perhaps use a bit less contrast to be more coherent with the original.
This is criticism on a REALLY high level, of course.

These textures are probably the best and most faithful to the original hi-res replacements that have been made. Excellent job.
Here's a nit-pick from me. There are a couple of things that could be improved with grey borders around the blue computer textures IMO.
Firstly the colour should be slightly darker IMO. It doesn't really convey the same impression that the original does.
Secondly, the shadow underneath the embossed borders around the edge of the grey bit is stronger and therefore more clearly visible from a distance than the highlight on top. So, unless you are very close to the texture, the shadow kind of makes things look upside down or inverted compared to how they do when you are close up.
Look at the bit to the left of the crosshair in the first shot versus how it looks in the second.


I *think* it could be improved by reducing the strength if the shadow or, possibly, increasing the strength of the highlight (or both).
(BTW ignore the front of the steps. That was just me messing about.)

Contrary to what one may think when reading Reinchard's post that the texture pack is complete for E1M1 "Hangar" only, the pack is almost complete for the entire first episode. There are only a few missing. So, I encourage everyone to play through all levels. (The computer panels are especially awesome!)
