Hey Torm, have you ever considered a weapons competition instead of a monster one? Monsters, even edits, take significant effort, and this excludes a lot of people. A weapon competition, similar to this one, will probably invite more to join. Just a suggestion. Perhaps splitting the weapons into 3 categories, "Pea-Shooters", "Normal", and "BFGs". This will allow for more entries of various kinds and more winners.

I was considering a Heretic weapon contest in a few months (ranked on quality of the weapon, not power ), since there aren't many quality custom weapons for Heretic. However, still deciding, since the SFX resource has been pretty neglected.

Whatever contest is next, though, we probably need a new judging system. I'm working on one.

Well, on the few occasions I've played Hexen deathmatch, I've been raped by the ghosts quite a few times. BloodScourge is totally overpowered though
