This happens very rarely. I wasn't able to determine a way to reproduce this reliably.
This happens both on manual saves and on saves caused by script (autoautosave mod).
This happens both on 4.3.3 and on master (I have 079e7ee4e). I don't know if this happens on older versions.

I cannot do anything here. Moving to "on hold" until some information comes along that helps locating it.

Hmmmm, dont know is it related or no, but sometimes gzdoom, after saving game and then loading it, didnt matter you close gzdoom or no, it crashes after some time, usually minute-two with "very bad error" screen. Probably problem only for my PC.
