Yes, a new thread probably works better. People who look at this project, and who are new, wouldn't want to read 79 pages. So, I say, grab the important tasks that needs to be done for this project, and assemble it in another thread. The progress in this project can be stated as well in another thread. Therefore, the people that are willing to join, knows what to do instead of being clueless.
